Learn and Study
Continuous learning is essential in Islam. The Prophet said: “Seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim.”
This step involves:
- Studying the Quran regularly with understanding
- Learning the teachings of the Prophet and the Imams
- Understanding Islamic law and jurisprudence
- Studying Islamic history, particularly the lives of the Ahl al-Bayt
- Seeking knowledge from qualified scholars
Knowledge in Islam is not just about memorization, but about understanding and applying Islamic principles in daily life. The more you learn, the stronger your faith becomes and the better you can serve Allah and the community.
Imam Ali said: “Knowledge is better than wealth because knowledge protects you, while you have to protect wealth.”
